Furnace Only

All repairs and maintenance are covered on your furnace. We install a new furnace and cover the rest. We recommend this option for homes with no attached AC unit.

All repairs and maintenance are covered on your full system. We install a Furnace, AC Condenser, and Evaporation Coil. We recommend this option with homes with full systems or needing an AC added.

All repairs and maintenance is covered on your water heater. We offer a wide range of water heater options- including direct vent, tankless, and commercial style set ups.

Maintenance to Rent Program

Book an Estimate

We will maintenance your existing equipment and cover any repair or failure. A catastrophic failure after month 6 or request after 2 years; we waive your install charge (excluding any add ons). The maintenance is then converted on the new install to a rental plan at the agreed upon rental rate.

When entering this program you will lock in your rental agreement for your future install. You can cancel maintenance at any time, but will waive the locked in rental terms. If failure of a system occurs before 7 months the install charge will still apply but will be discounted at 20%.

How Renting Works

We cover all maintenance and repairs.

The only upfront charge is low and one-time on installation. After that, set if and forget it- your monthly subscription takes care of the rest.

We visit bi-annually on full systems and annually on furnaces and water heaters. We also provide quarterly filters. If you need to sell your home, you can transfer the rental or buy out the contract at any time.
